We would like to take this opportunity to thank you! We are so pleased with our pool. Even more so, we are pleased with how painless the process to build our pool went.
When we first began the process of searching for a pool company, we relied on “word of mouth” from our immediate neighborhood. And it was often we heard bad things about other pool companies. But when we asked our neighbors who used Clift and Company, they couldn’t stop the compliments. It was then we knew which pool company we were going to use even before we met Eric. Of course, when Eric stopped by our home it was even more evident that we were going to use Clift and Company.
From our first meeting with Eric and then John and Heather to all the staff that worked on the pool and even the sub-contractors we were so amazed by everyone’s professionalism and attention to detail.
Our two year old daughter couldn’t wait to wake up every morning to see if the pool guys were in the backyard yet and sure enough they were all there hard at work. She along with our one year old would look out the back window and watch for hours. It was pretty special to them that all the guys working would often take a moment or two to always say hello and entertain them.
We are looking forward to years and years of fun in our backyard paradise!

Before we decided on your company, Ken and D both felt totally at peace and knew without a doubt, we came across an honest businessman whose primary goal was to build a quality pool at a fare price. No pressure, no worries, just honest business tactics sold us to accept your company to build our dream backyard paradise.
Our entire family is just thrilled beyond measure over the quality workmanship conducted during the entire building process of our backyard pool. Although we are not yet able to actually get into the pool until the chemicals and salt system are balanced, we are thoroughly enjoying beauty of your workmanship and totally love the SAM’s light effects. We never imagined just how much goes on from start to finish in the construction and building process. Incredible!!!
You have our family’s word that we will indeed share your companies name with all of our friends, neighbors, and family members. Dear Eric, Heather and Bryan,
Mike and I would just like to say that our experience with Clift Pools has been over and beyond than words can say. Mike was so pleased when he came home to see how the dirt was spread out in our yard. Heather, it was a great pick on the tile. We are getting so many compliments on it and it is not even finished yet. Thank you. Everyone in your company has been a pleasure to deal with. My husband said that Bill is very knowledgeable and is eager to answer any questions that we may have. We will be sending two (that a boy) certificates for him because we feel that he deserves both of them. Our meeting from the beginning with John gave us the incling that we made the right choice in our pool company. John's layout of the pool looks awesome!! Ferly is always so amiable whenever I speak with her. Eric and Bryan, we also appreciate how you have been working with and around our remodel companies schedule. This is a big project and everything has moved forward without a hitch. Your thoughts about the pool lift for Amanda showed your concern for how our daughter was going to get in and out of the pool safely. Something we would not have seen or thought of. The experience that your company brings to our pool design really shows and we just want to say a big THANK YOU!!!!!! To our friends at Clift and Company:
We would like to take the opportunity to thank-you for both the excellent experience and excellent work you gave us. Reputation means more to us than anything. After we decided to purchase a pool and spa, we did a lot of research on various pool contractors. We were referred to you by a person we trust. We then browsed your website and were very impressed at the different types of pools and spas you build. We spoke to many additional people who highly recommended you. The common factor from all of the people we spoke to is your commitment to your customer AFTER the sale is completed. We then decided we would only need one quote before continuing on with our purchase.
We called Clift and Company to schedule a consultation. We were met with a very courteous and informative office staff. Ferly and Gail were always nice and helpful. They truly reflect the company's philosophy. Eric Clift came to our house and listened to our ideas. He gave us great feedback and explained the systems used by Clift and Company. Many of our questions were answered on his initial visit.
Then we met with John Hull. John is very knowledgeable with pool and spa construction and he designed the exact pool and spa we envisioned. He utilized concepts from past Clift and Company projects we liked, and added new concepts to complete our vision. John guided us in multiple decisions which really made our project spectacular in the end. John gave great insight into proper heights of raised beams, light placement and adding a tanning ledge which complimented our design and absolutely "made" the pool.
Heather assisted with the color schemes for our project. We were very indecisive about color options and needed a lot of guidance in this area. Heather suggested the brick paver, coping and tile colors. She then contacted us later and showed us a decorative tile which matched our color scheme perfectly. Honestly, all we had to do during this process was express our approval for the colors Heather selected. We are very happy we did. Upon discovering we wanted a brick paver driveway and walkway, Heather arranged for that to be done which saved us money from a quote we had previously received from a different "brick paving" company. Heather was absolutely excellent during this process. She not only made our pool and spa, she made our house!
The construction started ahead of schedule and was completed in about one month. Bill was very helpful during this process and was a true professional. Bryan was also very easy to work with. He seemed to really care about what we wanted. The quality of the work done is like no other masonry work we have ever seen. Many of our neighbors have told us we have the nicest pool they have seen. Some people have told us they feel like they are at a resort when they see it. Even the pool equipment pad is awesome and overwhelming. We must say the Crystalstone is an absolute must and every pool owner should purchase this product. The system's waterfalls and other various water features function perfectly. There are many details we recognize when looking at our pool which do not normally seem to be addressed by other pool contractors. For example, we have two very powerful pumps, properly proportioned to do the different necessary jobs. We also have black fittings to compliment our dark interior finish and many electronic actuators which provide many automatic features.
As a result, we are extremely happy. We are very detail oriented people and appreciate Clift and Company reflecting the same. We would say you were the best contractors we ever worked with, but to say you are more like friends that built our pool and spa would be more appropriate. We are glad we are on your referral list. Put us at the top so we can tell everyone how happy we are with Clift and Company.
